She was raised in Knoxville, Tennessee. At age of 11, she was scouted in her middle school to become a model with Barbizon, but her parents encouraged her to focus in on her studies. In Knoxville she was signed with Talent Trek and booked a background role in October Sky, she graced the cover of a local department store advertisement for “Watson’s”, shot the cover for Buffalo Exchange clothing, and appeared in numerous local commercials and theater productions. She then went to New York City to recieve formal training at the famed Lee Strasberg Film and Theater Institute as a method actress. With her short time in New York she also acted in a number of local theater productions that were showcased in high-exposure theater festivals such as Larry Myers “Facebook Puberty” in the Fringe Festival.

Elizabeth entertained her dreams of acting and pursued her Bachelor’s of the Fine Arts degree in Psychology and a minor in Theater from the University of Tennessee. She dropped out of school her senior year to go to Hollywood at her hopeful shot at acting amongst the incredible odds against her. She arrived at a famed, but humble residence hotel the “El Nido” in east Hollywood, far from instant glitz and glamour and with very little money or connections. She immediately started doing humble extra work in movies and television with “Central Casting” in Burbank to make extra money, hoping for a breakthrough like many otthers. She booked numerous background roles on a regular basis such as “How I met Your Mother”, “CSI Las Vegas”, “Angel”, “Looney Tunes” the movie, “Santa Croce”, and various commercials.

In her time in Hollywood she connected with veteran Award Winning film producer, writer, and actor David Heavener, who produced a number of high-profile films as “Eyes of the Stranger” starring the legendary Tony Curtis. Unexpectedly, she fell into producing and writing when she decided to work as an intern for David Heavener for a year in order to learn the ropes behind the scenes and network with industry professionals she would not normally been able to easily meet on her own. Since then she's continued to juggle acting and filmmaking that has strenghtened her network, knowledge about the business, and perspective on how the Hollywood system works.

She returned to college years later and thanks to her attendance at Los Angeles City College she received The Tony Valdez Scholarship award. She has been able to rapidly advance her career in Producing/Writing with an Associates Degree in the Performing Visual Arts degree with a focus in Cinema / Television Production.

She guest starred in the Season Finale of Patti Stanger’s “Million Dollar Matchmaker” on WE Network opposite Rockstar Ralph Rieckermann (The Scorpions) on the Season Finale. The film was shot in the Alien Covenant film set at YouTube Spaces with the Red Epic Dragon film camera. She is also currently in the midst of shooting a full-length feature “Apathy Equals Death”. Through Envision Motion Pictures, her self-funded films "The Offer" and “Seductive Shadows” have been picked up for distribution by the well known Cannon Films/ Oroflix (Netflix partner). "Seductive Shadows" had a red carpet premiere at the famed TCL Theaters in Hollywood for Indie Night Festival.

Because of her journey through Hollywood Elizabeth has been interviewed by many press outlets.
