Arvind Gajanan Joshi, 26, completed his engineering from Pune University in India, but his main interest always lied in films and literature. So, after completing his engineering, he denied the traditional middle-class route and worked as an assitant director in Hindi & Marathi Television industry. He is especially fond of poetry and literature of saints, irrespective of their individual eras or belongings. He has a keen interest in exploring different philosophies and their socio-political repercussions, particularly on the people belonging to the middle-class. This is his first attempt at feature length filmmaking.
The film has two main features. First concerns with the documentation. As a society, we have no proper mechanism to keep records of all the important events in the past. That's why, it's been very difficult to interpret our past, our bygone heroes and their works. Second feature is the most important byproduct of the first feature. As we don't document things in an effective manner, even the most faithful disciples of an idol could not understand him nor his own descendants. So, when his legacy is passed onto next generations, it takes a form which wasn't intended at all.
