Writer Biography

Born and raised in England, I emigrated to California in 1989 to meet the love of my life. The next two decades or so were spent in corporate America primarily in the art of persuasion - advertising. My various managerial roles included extensive writing and editing of content on a wide range of topics as well as authoring hundreds of websites and marketing campaigns. For additional details on my career including personal references, please see my Linked In profile: linkedin.com/in/adamcbeal

My proudest writing accomplishment was persuading my American pen pal to become my wife. Many years later we still pen the occasional note to each other whilst caring for our two children and menagerie of pets. I currently run a home based business and RENTAL is my first sitcom script. Inspired by hundreds of trips to that Aladdin’s Cave of the 80’s and 90’s – the video store. Growing up in a gray and often grim concrete jungle, the local video store was our dream factory.
