Working with our Student binational team, we have created an instructional video on harm reduction for a Police Education Program implemented in the City of Tijuana, Mexico. It covers the basic tenets of public health-based structural interventions targeting people who inject drugs, including provision of sterile syringes, efficacy of opioid substitution therapy and dispelling myths typical among law enforcement.
