Director Biography - Alberto Gatto

He was born on May 29th, 1985 in Siderno (RC), he lives in the small town of Gioiosa Jonica (RC), Italy. He attended the I.I.S. Pythagoras Art School getting the high school diploma in 2004. He continued his studies attending for two years the directing and acting courses held by Ugo De Vita at "Cinecittà Campus ", the school led by Maurizio Costanzo.
In September of 2009 he earned a degree in directing and screenwriting at The National Academy of Cinematographic Art in Bologna. In July 2013 he graduated in Literature, Music and Performing Arts at the University "La Sapienza" in Rome writing a thesis in Ethnomusicology. He recently completed his latest short film "Mer Rouge.
