Director Biography - Hugues Hariche

Hugues is a Swiss French director, screenwriter and producer living in New York since 2015. He has directed several documentaries and award-winning short films, including Les Liens du Sang (La Vie Est Belle Films), Flow (Kazak Productions) and Metropolis (Kazak Productions). He's currently producing and directing a documentary on rodeo in Utah, All Around Cowboy, and developing several narrative feature film projects including Breakaway, a coming of age story in the world of ice hockey, produced by Beauvoir Films (Switzerland) and Geko Films (France), and The Frontier, a post apocalyptic western, which script has been selected at the Angers Film Festival, the Angers Premiers Plans Workshops, and the Oaxaca Film Festival. Hugues is a Berlinale Talent Campus alumnus.
