"Windy Imagination of a Dream" performance was formed due to incidents in my lifetime that shattered my soul: judgements, prejudices and false beliefs of my surrounding people about my behaviour, my actions and my talks. Slowly I was getting introduced to straight, in your face and explicit expression of performance art and I decided to work in between theatre and performance art; i.e. to walk on razor's edge.
In "Windy imagination of a dream" performance, audience is in the process of being surrounded with slaughtering images, dancing bodies, dusky lights and the smell of incence sticks and dissonant sounds.
In my opinion, by judging eachother, we're doing the same with our soul as if a slaughterer is doing with human's body. By judging, we're destroying our soul into pieces more than other ones.
Some of performers wore blindfols with some holes in it, so that they could see something and not see other things. It was in resemblance to our imagination of our surrounding people: we're looking at them through our judgement clouds, seeing some of their behaviors and not seeing some. "Windy imagination of a dream" is a trouble-shooting of prejudices of particularly Iranian women.
