Director Biography - Arta Tari

Fazlollah Tari was born on 29th August 1983.
After studying mechanical engineering for two years, He changed his mind and started to study film making in IRIB university in Iran. after graduating in directing film as a top student in 2011, he continued his study for two years in producing film in MA degree in 2016. Plus working as a filmmaker he also has a talent for drawing and cartoon. His works in the cartoon and film has earned him some prizes internationally including:
