Displaced

Displaced is a short documentary about the struggles of the IDPs (Internally Displaced People) in Kyauk Mae Township, Shan state, Myanmar.

As of February 2016, there are more than 4,000 people, who were forced out of their homes by the on-going conflict between two ethnic armed groups called RCSS and TNLA, that are living in various camps in Kyauk Mae Towship operated based on the generous donations of the local people.

This documentary highlights the main problems caused by this unnecessary civil war and how people in Myanmar came together in this trouble times.

This film was made without any intention to offend to any parties that might or might not directly or indirectly involve in this matter of internal conflict. We take no political stand with any group.
