James is a 2018 graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology's School of Film and Animation in New York. Having worked on many independent sets, James has extensive experience as a producer, director, writer, and editor.
James is dedicated to telling stories about all different kinds of people from all different kinds of places. Born in Manhattan, he currently resides just outside the city in Rockland county.
When making this project, my grandfather was suffering from Alzheimer's, which would later take his life the following year. Memory has always been an integral part of my storytelling, and watching my grandfather lose his mind deeply affected me.
This personal project reflects upon the devastating effects Alzheimer's has through an exploration of our perception of time, technology, and aboriginal symbolism.
