Certified Dead
"Doing my boss was never on my bucket list but darn, that was the best sex I ever had" quipped Ian on his private blog.
Meet the May-Dec couple, mid life Ian Lee, man ordinaire and teenage bride Megan Lim. Together they have Erin, a cute 4 year old preschooler. Life is good but Ian is constantly worried that he won't live long enough for his young family. As a result, he fell prey to a new drug experiment conducted by his best friend. It threw his whole life as a devoted husband into complete chaos and he ended up more dead than alive. It was a race against time to do what he needed to before he became food for the maggots

Marrie Lee was born Doris Young in Singapore on 25th Nov 1959. She is known as Singapore's first female international movie star. Back in 1977, she was selected among 300 applicants across Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong, to play the role of Asia's female James Bond in the series of Cleopatra Wong action films.
THEY CALL HER CLEOPATRA WONG was commercially released beyond Asia through the late 70s and early 80s in territories such as USA, UK, Eastern Europe, Western Europe and Middle East. It is the first known Singapore film that has travelled in the mainstream film market globally
- This film is said to have been a major source of inspiration for the KILL BILL series of American director Quentin Tarantino.

After staying out of the film industry almost thirty years, Marrie reunited with her mentor, producer and director Bobby A. Suarez. They were discussing the possibility of making a reboot of Cleopatra Wong when Bobby suddenly passed away in 2010.
Marrie inherited the IP rights of the character "Cleopatra Wong" and was left to fulfill Bobby's dying wish and to carry on his legacy.
Having no knowledge about what goes on behind a camera, she formed a passion group Reel Frenz in Nov 2012 to learn how to be a film maker.
Reel Frenz is a platform where people from all walks of life come together to make films out of passion. Reel Frenz is also her way of paying back to the film community as she provided support to the group in different areas. Reel Frenz has now over 500 members. Marrie coaxed the experienced members to share their technical skills and know-how with the inexperienced and
Reel Frenz has groomed camera, sound and light crew from people doing it for the first time. Besides, over 100 members have been given the chance to act and appear in a film for the very first time. Marrie personally oversee and groomed the acting talents.
Through Reel Frenz, she has produced 16 short films of different genres, some of which were directed and written by her.
Certified Dead marks Marrie's first international feature film debut. She is working on her second feature "7 Bullets", an action omnibus, scheduled to shoot mid 2017.
I wrote the script for Certified Dead when I was hospitalized in 2013 for a minor stroke. After a second consecutive hospitalization within the same month, I decided not to procrastinate but to go ahead to shoot my first feature.
It is a story about death and second chance like my own true life experience. It is also a story spiced with laughter, grief and sex, with something for everyone.
