Director Statement

My eye is attracted to details, the macro, the small abstract things that might not stand out when looked at from afar. My still photography reflects this with several projects exploring the macro elements of objects, as well as projects exploring light and motion. My main focus with video has been experimental as this gives me the opening to explore my abstract interests and to create non-narrative works that are visual with the addition of sound design to complement the visuals. Not all storytelling has be told with words...I prefer to make my stories a visual experience where the audience is along for the journey from start to finish.
