My name is Emily Brennan, I am from Chicago, Illinois, and I am a storyteller. After graduation, I am moving to New York to continue to gain hands on experience in all aspects of production.I want to be a part of what pushes the entertainment industry forward. This is such a powerful outlet of communication and should not only aim to entertain, but also use this influence to promote important, socially significant change. Reaching people on a human level through thought provoking content and encouraging society to view issues on various points of view, is what makes me so passionate about this field. Acknowledging the experiences and unique frameworks that builds each one of us as distinctive individuals is incredibly important in storytelling. These stories together make up the world that we live in and it is so important that they be heard.
