80 Screams International Film Festival is happy to announce the 80 Screams Film Project. Similar to other film project groups out there, teams will have an allotted time to create a film project. Use this FilmFreeway page to register your team by submitting to it like you would for a normal film festival.

The 80 Screams Film Project will have cash prizes and certificates. The amounts for the cash prizes at the moment are unknown as it will depend on how many teams register and participate in the 80 Screams Film Project.

However as we gather more information we will let everyone know what the cash prizes are when we email the team leaders on Friday October 22nd.

There will be 6 placements in total; First, Second and Third for both the Micro Film and Short Film categories.

All screenings will take place during the 80 Screams International Film Festival, and the projects that place in the 80 Screams Film Project will also be submitted in the 80 Screams International Film Festival for judging as well.

Pick your team well. To enter, create a submission. When you go to add a project, The Project Title will be your Production Team Name. Under the Credit Section is where you will add your team members. Select Short or Other for the Project Type and Horror for the Genre. Fill everything out as best you can, most of the information does not apply. There will be two options for this Film Project, to produce a Micro Film or a Short Film. The time frame to honor the name, is 80 hours starting on Friday 7pm EST through Tuesday 3am EST. Those registered through FilmFreeway’s submission process will be contacted via email on Friday Oct 22nd with the necessary information that each team will need to complete their project. Those teams will then edit their submission project in their FilmFreeway account to upload they're completed film and email tpgchannels@gmail.com to let us know they're project was submitted on time.

Each Team Will be told the following on Friday October 22nd:

1) A subgenre of Horror
2) A prop
3) A catchphrase
4) A character name to use
Etc.

File Share your completed MP4 file to tpgchannels@gmail.com by 3am EST Tuesday October 26th. Late entries will still be screened during the 80 Screams International Film Festival, but they will not be eligible for placement. The 80 Screams International Film Festival is an Online Film Festival in December 2021, the screenings will be from Dec 3rd -5th.

All submitted work must be created during the 80 hour project window, neither prior work or work that you do not have the rights to will be permitted for submission. While filming make sure any and all logos and brands that you do not have the rights to are NOT in the final submitted project.

Work together as a team and have fun!!!
