The Calamities of Jane

In this 11-episode web series Jane Singer is fighting an uphill battle, still pursuing an acting career, while entering her 50’s. Single and broke, Jane’s Midwestern propensity for being nice has not served her well in the land of sharks. From disappointing suiters to dismissing gatekeepers, Jane navigates the rough waters of Hollywood, confronting daily obstacles, including ageism and her own poor choices, until… her perseverance and heart begin to pay off in an unexpected ways.
