Director Biography - Deb Collins

Deb Collins, filmmaker and author, has over 20 years of video production experience (including DP, Directing and Editing) and is the founder and owner of her own multimedia company, Starinsky Studios, with clients such as internationally renowned motivational speakers Mark Victor Hansen (“Chicken Soup for the Soul”) and Anthony Robbins. She contributes her skills and talents in technology, visual communications and marketing to clients and projects world-wide.

Our goal is that this film instills hope for a meaningful life beyond profound loss and that ultimately leads to a deepened empathy for all of humanity. Our film will inspire viewers to engage in intentional, thoughtful approaches to the grief process and to provide models of healthy ways to embrace loss. In particular, we want to encourage the creation of communities prepared to support a healthy understanding of grief which ultimately celebrates the cycle of life.
