Director Statement

My work explores the relationship between the history of pixels and technological advances. I am interested in the new era of digital access and how we can use it to benefit art education in apps as learning tools. I am constantly using social media to learn new things about popular apps and their effects on children. I use familiar objects like dolls and lego as a repurpose for objects rather than toys.

Each project I work on develops new inspirations to speak about creative ways to use art as a gateway into easier learning techniques. My goal is to develop a team of motivated and creative individuals to make this a reality.

I am advancing my research in progressing the elementary curriculum and branching out my ideas through multi-media forms of digital artwork. I look forward to the future of the digital art world.
