Director Statement

Dance; here is a conversation between two beings that continue to find value in the company of one another as they follow a path; a metaphor for structure in their pursuits, giving meaning to their struggles. Adapting Nicolo Fonte's choreography for the screen is about mapping a story of change and growth over the course of time. His choreography is of physical and spiritual homelessness, of constant movement masking inertia within. The internal journey is from restrained curiosity to playful maturity.
