This is the third installment of my prequel and it became clear to me that this was an opportunity to inform and question the audience and demand them to reevaluate and scrutinize their perception of courtship and romance.
In a world where courtship is more like a transaction, where we look and act a certain way to get our romantic needs met, I wanted to make a film that is a reaction of this social realism.
Ambihas is not afraid to ask the hard questions and does so with intelligence and a sense of humor: Who’s interested in a guy who doesn't conform to the convention of male-female romance? Do we really need to be approved to be happy?
This film is inspired by true events complimented with cinematic
and non-cinematic code reinforced by a strong sense of creative freedom.
