Born and raised in small town Louisiana, Jamie K. Kennedy knew he had a passion for telling stories. It wasn't until he got to work as an extra on a movie set that he knew what medium to channel his ideas. Moving to Austin in 2006 he began to write his own screenplays. After completion of his first feature script Jamie began to take some classes to sharpen his craft. During this time he started writing, directing, and acting in some short films. Jamie continues to live in Austin with his wife and two kids.
This project was special in so many ways. It was therapeutic for me on a personal level and a confidence builder as my directorial debut. I always try to learn and grow with each project and the things I learned from this one I'll always cherish. I write things from the heart that people of all walks of life can relate to. This story is so beautiful and we can't wait to share it with others.
