Dreamlords
Theo, the new kid on the block, is certain she’s got what it takes to be a Dreamlord. She’s got the best product money can buy. But she shouldn’t have gone into the Shadow.
When Theo tries to sell in the Shadow’s territory she learns that being a Dreamlord means more than having the biggest, best dreams on the market. And that dreams can quickly turn into nightmares.

Earning her BFA degree in film and television from the Savannah College of Art and Design in 2016, Britty holds a passion for filmmaking. Directing shorts such as Ashes and Dust and PI Palmer in Shanghaied she continues to create engaging films with her short Dreamlords. In 2016 Britty has worked on Dreamlords, directed the play The Lady Freemason, exhibited the installation Their Eyes and created Film & Her: A Female Filmmaker Showcase. Britty is currently working on several narrative projects and hopes to originate more films in the future.
Dreamlords is fast paced low fantasy film about dreams, drugs and doing what it takes to be the best. Following the undertaking of Theo Catcher we learn that sometimes shooting for the top may be a bit too much.
Dreamlords is the product of three years of very hard work and I had the joy to work with an extremely talented and passionate cast and crew. Watching Theo and The Shadow come to life through Hailey and Justine awed me on set and having so much wonderful creative input from my crew made Dreamlords the film it is today. It would not be the wonderful, vibrant, pulsing piece it is without the collaboration from the creative team.
Many thanks go out to those who supported this film, financially and otherwise. We hope you enjoy this short film and continue to support the creative team in the future.
