Artist Biography

Ryan was born in LA and spent the next 23 years moving around with his family to such places as Tokyo, London, NY and Utah. He took up music at an early age and gained experience playing different instruments for a number of bands.

After being inspired by a Styx concert in high school, he started his own band with a classic rock sound. Since then he’s gained experience playing many styles in places such as the UCCU Center, Scera Shell Amphitheater, Covey Center, Fox 13, Park City TV, and the BYU Ballroom.

Currently working at Rock Canyon Studios in Provo, Ryan has become a driving force in a host of projects from a venue that broadcasts to over 200 million homes worldwide and attracts the best local talent. Now, studying venue management at BYU, he hopes to combine his musical talent with good business skills to create a successful career as a guitarist.

Artist Statement

I seek to bring out the most beautiful parts of life through the way I play the electric guitar. My life has been considerably more abundant and worthwhile because of good music and I hope to carry on this tradition and add my own flavor for others to enjoy.
