The Voice of the Way
It is an adventure into the bowels of one of the last unexplored areas of the planet. No matter how far we can get or the pitfalls to reach the goal, the last string will meet with ourselves and our own fragility.

What moves this project is the curiosity of getting to know why we are the way we are. This is the essence of this film, in addition to be part of this Venezuelan expedition that takes this immersed challenge in the most difficult social and economic crisis that the country has lived; the team truly wants to be pioneering in its motherland.
Showing the giant "Auyantepuy" is a cinematic documentary that will allow us to learn every big or little detail of our territory.
Based on my adventure experience I determined that the explorations of the tepuyes are relatively close in time because of their large sizes and the complexity of the terrain. To make a documentary about this trail listening experiences lived by their members through their values of perseverance, struggle and rooting for their territory is the story I want to show.
We can have moments of reflection of life in the mountains; those moments make you knowing you more as a human being, understanding the real you inside you, why it is important to get beyond the fear to generate future changes. That is what I lived on the second trip: failed attempt where we lived difficult times and where the weather made us losing a week of provisions; all that forced us to return.
The mission is to portray the world through the eyes of Henry, Freddy and Jorge, climbers looking to conquer the devil’s mountain.
The chance to show and share this cinematographic journey in order to show this almost lunar terrain means a window of infinite visual sensations; this and more can be given by The voice of the way
