Created by Alison Araya & Justine Warrington, EARTHLICKERS began as a short film when it won the Crazy 8’s Filmmaking Competition in Canada in 2014. Screening to an audience of 1600 people at the Crazy 8’s Gala in Vancouver, BC, it instantly became the talk of the town. It went on to play film festivals and earn numerous nominations and awards including The Leo Award for Best Visual Effects and Best Costumes at the Rio Grind Film Festival.
