We worship Goddess as Durga at various festivals however never feel a little bit of kind to the women living in our home. Truly, the girls are pillars of the society. A small girl child can be a good daughter, a sister, a wife, a mother and other good relations in the future.
The Film ”Vaishnavi” also shows the rituals performed in Durga Pooja, in which a Hindu Family establish the Durga’s Idol in their houses, worship it for 9 days and later on immerse it in the rivers & sea. It causes Water and Environment Pollution and also happened mishappenings due to crowd. The film suggest that if We adopt a poor girl child during the Durga Pooja Festival & take the responsibility for her education and health for bright future then the Girls never proved to be burden to the Society. This will be true worship of Goddess Durga.
The Film is also a presentation of Save the Girl Child, eduacate the Girl Child. If every rich family adopt a poor girl child, we can remove the inequality, sex ratio difference,illiteracy and other evil issues of the Society, Just “ All we need to do is,to adopt a Vaishnavi”

Director Biography - Dharmender Dangi

Dharmender Dangi (born 27 September,1974) is an amateur theatre and drama artist, who have passion for films & dramas from childhood. He started acting with “ Dharam Sankat ” (One Act Play) in 1992. He performs more the 500 performances of 15 Dramas in all over the country that includes Raja Ka Baja, Tu..Tu, Corruption Gatha, Hatyare, Manav Tum Kahan Ho, Neel Panchi etc. He was awarded as Best Actor, Best Script Writer & Best Director by Haryana Govt.
He started his television career with directing the first Haryanvi serial “ Mahara Haryana Mahari Baat” telecasted by Doordarshan Hisar in 2006. Vividh Rang, Dhamaal, Special Occasional Programmes also done by him for Doordarshan Haryana. He also acted and directed TVC, docudramas & documentaries for some Corporates like Bayer Cropscience, Dhanuka Agritech, Mahyco, Rasi Seeds and Ramanuj Spices etc.
As a director, Vaishnavi is his first fiction film which is participating in any festival which shows the problems regarding Girl Child. We worship Goddesses at various festivals however never feel a little bit kind to the women living nearby us. Truly the girls are pillers of the society and they must be worshipped. If a rich family adopt a poor girl, then the girl child will never be burden to the society. As a director “ Vaishnavi” is meaningful beginning towards a new journey.
