Victoria Murad is fascinated by Argentine Tango, a riveting and ruthless dance and its African origins. She has Tango dresses and dance shoes in her closet, along with a collection of Tango music.
In 2021 she won the “Aspiring Author” competition in the RSJ Romance Convention, sponsored by Harlequin and Entangled Publishing. She is working on paranormal romance novel, Tango Ghost, about a woman transported back in time to early 20th Century Buenos Aires and falls in love with a fierce Compadre during the passionate and sensual beginnings of Argentine Tango.
I wanted to write about the healing power of Argentine Tango, a riveting and ruthless dance that never lets you go once you begin - listening to it, dancing to it, living it. This passionate and sensual art form performs beautifully on both stage and screen. - Victoria Murad
