Director Statement

My passion has always been film making. I started creating my own movies with a hand held Vivitar camera at the age of 8! You cannot image the excitement of recording my first short film and the family watching it in our living room on our very own television.
I never imagined I could create an actual film until I discovered back yard effects on utube! From there it was a revelation to discover the art of film making.
I look back now and sympathize with all the neighborhood kids and relatives I recruited to be in my films; promising to say their names when I receive my first Academy Award!
So what is my story ? And the story behind my stories? I am Puerto Rican and Caucasian decent born in Indianapolis, IN and raised in Tampa, Florida. I have and continue to experience a very eclectic and well rounded up bringing with two very loving parents who want nothing but the best for me. They have taught me to put God first and treat everyone the same no matter what the circumstance. Success doesn't come easy- a lot of hard work and dedication!
My stories come from the those who have crossed my path and shared beliefs and experiences with me- or just made up stuff! I hope to make a difference or a very least, entertain!
