Kerala is a culturally rising state in India. There are a number of governments who have made revolutionary changes in almost all areas of the society including health and education as well as they have formed many rules and orders in order to protect the backward classes in Kerala .Even though there have been many changes, the backward section of Kerala is missing 6 feet land to bury after their death. Although the caste distinctions and absence of the public graves are seemed to be the reasons, we often forget that they are also humans with flesh and blood. ”SIX FEET UNDER” is a documentary that reveals the real story of backward people in Kerala, who used to bury their beloveds under their home and on the road due to the lack of 6 feet land.
