This is the first project produced by Julie Wieland and Milan Cucuk.
Julie defines herself as an artist rooted in the digital realm. Her journey began on platforms like MySpace and DeviantArt, where she honed her skills in HTML and Adobe software. In mid-2022, she integrated generative AI into her workflow, unleashing a new dimension of creativity. Julie's artistic evolution has led her to experiment with AI in filmmaking and motion graphics, constantly pushing the boundaries between human and machine, and leaving audiences in awe with her visually stunning creations.
Milan Cucuk has over 15 years of experience in creative writing, short filmmaking, and graphic design. He volunteered for the Sundance Film Festival from 2007–2016, has written screenplays and one novel, and has directed and produced several short films. He has spent 2023 focused on producing narrative storytelling with the use of generative AI tools.
Our goal with this project is to tell a dramatic story produced using AI tools and a variety of skill sets between the two of us as co-creators. We are in different time zones, spread out halfway around the world from each other, and this project is a unique opportunity to push the boundaries of traditional storytelling and filmmaking using generative AI tools.
