5 Knocks
It's just a stranger, what's the worst that could happen?
A knock at the front door is not an uncommon occurrence in an apartment, especially if someone wants to be friendly to the neighbors. But when the line between friend and odd start to blur, who notices the red flags? Inspired by human nature and insecurities, 5 KNOCKS is a drama of chasing time. Where when the clock strikes 7, don't expect the dinner plans to go right.

Starting off as a gaming Youtuber who switched over to fan made music videos, Taiga Stepp is known solely for one good YouTube video that continued to spark enjoyment of film making. From comedy films to light horror Taiga has experimented with just about those two, with a large preference sprinkled in for editing together 300+ photos to stop motion animate.
Ghosts. Monsters. Meeting new people. They all fall together in the category of no thanks; I'll stay over here. But when fiction meets reality, and introductions meet red flags, what actually is real? And what is made up? From social media to moving somewhere different, meeting people is not uncommon. There's nothing unusual about meeting a new neighbor, especially if they don't seem to give off the wrong vibes. This short film is the definition of learning the red flags too late, and history repeating itself. 5 KNOCKS is an eye twitching, slow tango of comedy, trust... and crime?
