Steven Forrester has worked professionally in the film and television industry since 1996. He has accumulated a wide range of credits during that time on Academy Award winning Hollywood feature films, independent British films plus American & British BAFTA winning network television dramas & documentaries.
In addition to this, Steven has also made a number of short films which have enjoyed extensive international film festival runs.
He is currently developing the psychological feature length thriller 'The Man Who Forgot Himself'.
Desperate Pursuit was born out of an idea one evening when leaving a dark country public house in the middle of the English countryside. All alone on the deserted rural roads home what would happen if a problem arose? Who would hear the cries of help? What if that problem happened to be in the form of a maniac driver who decided to relentlessly pursue you home - no matter what.
And so the germ of Desperate Pursuit was sown. And today here is that short film completed and ready to unleash onto an unsuspecting public.
My hope with this film was always to make something which ran the fall gamut of emotions from laughter, fear, tension and horror all bound up in an exciting and adrenaline fuelled package.
I really hope you enjoy the story of Desperate Pursuit and please always remember to keep a keen eye out behind you when driving home from anywhere in the dark.
