BEND OF THE RIVER
The Hawley brothers are treasure hunters. After locating "The Arabia", a riverboat sunk 133 years ago in the Missouri River, the Hawleys decide to salvage the artifacts onboard. Despite dangerous underwater obstacles, legal maneuvers and outright sabotage by a competing "Indiana Jones" wanna-be, the Hawleys succeed inunearthing the largest trove of pre-Civil War artifacts ever assembled. Only to face a wrenching decision that threatens to pit brother against brother -- do they auction off the artifacts to cover the massive debt incurred in the excavation? Or do they, together, embark on an unprecendented history-making mission?
