Director Biography - Robin Savage

Robin’s career started out in stills photography. After obtaining his degree, BA (hons) Photography at Southampton Solent University, he began to explore the world of video production.
In the UK, he set up his own production company, Bocadillo Productions, which specialised in music videos for performing artists and live event filming.
In 2014 he moved to Cartagena in Spain. It was here that he met his partner Marisol Simó and with her background being in post production and special effects, they co founded Pegasus Producciones. Together they produce advertisements for television, fashion films, music video and event video.
In July 2015 filming began on The Collection. Robin, Marisol and Pegasus’ first short film. Filming was completed over a period of 7 weeks, with editing and post production adding a further 3 months. The film was shot on a very low budget, around 70€. The film also features Bart Rostek in his first performance as an actor.
Robin and Marisol at Pegasus, continue to make film and video and are collecting ideas for their next short film project.
