Director Biography - Caner Baykara

Caner Baykara has finished MA degree at Istanbul Bilgi University Film department. He has three short films which are named Another Chance (2013), Nuri Wants to Be Happy (2014) and Season of Migration (2015 December). He works as a freelance director and play writer.

Director Statement

While I was starting to make Season of Migration; I thought the project should have a unique cinematography, natural acting and natural lighting. Still camera was used during the all of the film to express the distance from mum and his son.
