Now I know

I was born on the 9th of July 1983 in Yerevan, Armenia, in an artistic family. My father was a director, my mother is an actress. I graduated from State University of theater and cinema of Armenia, department of live-action films direction. As my diploma work I made an author’s film “I’ll leave”, which was awarded the first prize in best short live-action film nomination in the international film festival “I am”. Then the three short films made by me were presented in different international film festivals. My second film “The Promised Meeting” took part in the film festival “Golden Apricot”. I used to work in a film studio “Hayfilm”, in other film studios and TV channels as a director, assistant director and administrator. I graduated of film direction higher courses in Roman Balayan’s studio in Yerevan.
