Finger-licking Good
Palce Lizać (Finger-licking Good). A film by Adrian Schichta. The film concerns initiation into the life and hope. It presents the story of a bear cub (a teddy) which was created as a cartoon character and then leaves its surroundings (the cartoon world) to enter the real world. It is a short and lightly told story with a little "twist". Changing social conditions, ongoing war, the increasing dynamics of changes, industrialization, indifference of the society should all provoke reflection upon whether we accept this world, want to participate in it, what sort of world we expect for ourselves, our loved ones and the next generations. The film is about 15 minutes long and it is made entirely by me.

born 1968, designer, graduate of the Fachhochschule Mannheim, University of Applied Arts and Sciences, Germany and Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow, Poland. He has worked as a scientist at the Fachhochschule Mannheim at the Institute of Video and Animation. Adrian was a consulent for computer animation in ITI Poland. He has worked as a designer in Karl Volker Fund developing a project of Virtual System for Interior Design for DaimlerChrysler company. Project in the areas of corporate design, product visualization, screen design, animation.
I was born in Poland. It was here that I attended a five-year Art Secondary School where I obtained the basics of art techniques. I graduated from the department of Communication Design in one of German higher education centres for design. In the period of four and a half years, I gathered both practical and theoretical knowledge connected with company image creation and assistance within advertising, creating storyboards, illustrations, etc. I extended the range of my art skills and I got fascinated with animation and interactive multimedia systems. I completed education with a qualification of Designer (FH). Until the present, I have designed and realized various commissioned tasks within Corporate Design and advertising, as well as animation and visualization.
