Jana
In Hebrew the meaning of the name Jana is: "Gift from God". This film for the whole family is based on a true story and shows the life of a young girl who got lost looking for her purpose in life for which it was designed by taking the wrong path, she ended up involved in a sect and managed to escape risking her life and her family.
This film directed by God was produced in the Dominican Republic with a cast entirely Christian, with the fundamental objective to carries the Christian values and spread the Word of Jesus to all nations, especially for the youth to be alert of the false doctrines. We believe these are the end of times and we must work with perseverance to rescue those people that are in the darkness.
The film got the Gold Award as a "Best Gospel Feature Film" at Christian Family Film Festival in New York, and was nominated as a "Best Screenplay", "Best Feature Film" at the International Christian Film Festival in Orlando, Florida, 2018, and "Best Foreign Feature" and "Best Song/Music Score" at Great Lakes Film Festival 2018.

Electrical Engineer by profession and Cinematographer. He is known for making productions of Christian genre, values and social themes. His career in the seventh art in the country began thanks to his first film, entitled "Prisoner" 1998, which he directed at 26 years of age. He studied several courses in Puerto Rico of photography and cinematography including Film Direction and Production. The film "Prisoner" (1998), with a budget of $ 3,000, was an official selection at the Christian Film Festival WYSIWYG in Los Angeles California in 2001, and was nominated for “Best Unction Drama”.
In 2014 he produced and directed together with his wife Patricia Landolfi, writer of the script "JANA”. This film introducing for the first time to Melissa Pagán as the main actress and Garibaldi Pezzotti as a supporting actor. Federico also directed the documentary "The Folk Festivals of San Sebastian Street", in 2012 in San Juan, Puerto Rico, also worked as assistant cameraman in the film: "Runner Runner", in 2011, and production assistant in "The Rum" Diary" feature film, in 2008 in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
