Undeserving

A young boxer, at the end of an unsuccessful career, deals with his suffocating routine and with some old griefs. Many of his problems are caused by the complex relationship with his oppressive brother (who's also the boxer manager).

Director Biography - Leonardo Petrucci

Leonardo Petrucci was born in Viareggio (Italy) 30 years ago (11/11/1986).
In 2007 and in 2008, while attending University of Pisa, he was awarded the F. Dorigo Prize for his film reviews.
He worked as film critic for “Cine & Media” and in 2012, after his BA (in Visual Arts, Performing Arts and Fashion Studies), he moved to London where he worked as production runner for Revolution Films.
In 2013 he worked as assistant director for Michael Winterbottom's film "The face of an angel”, then for others Italian film and tv companies.
In 2015 he worked as speaker in Sevilla (Spain) where he presented a conference on European cinema during the Sevilla European Film Festival’s “Italian Day”.
He recently directed also the music video "Black Status" for the Italian rock band Crazy Rain, who played as the opening act for Whitesnake at Pistoia Blues Festival 2016, in Tuscany.
