Dissatisfied with his situation, Enon purchases a mysterious artifact that he believes is the key to his salvation. Under Agony's influence, Enon performs a dark ritual, offering his own life blood as the key to unlocking its power. However, he soon realizes that the ritual will cost him everything, unless he can find another way.

Director Biography - Ashley Bratkin

Ashley Bratkin moved from Brampton, ON in the summer of 2009 to attend Vancouver Film School's Film Production Program. Since graduating she has continued honing her skills by working in a variety of roles on set, Directing student scripts, and collaborating closely with other Directors as the Art Department Lead on dozens of projects.
"Enon" is her return to Directing and she is excited to share with audiences what she has learned over the years. She plans to continue exploring dark fantasy and horrific themes in her films to bring a female touch to the world of horror.

Director Statement

“Enon” is a character piece examining the desperation of a man crippled by boredom and dissatisfied by life. It combines elements of drama, horror, and fantasy to illustrate the effects of isolation on the depressed mind as he is manipulated by the sweet promise of salvation.
