He moved to Australia in 2008.
He completed an Honours Degree in Media and Design from Portsmouth University in 1993 and finished a Postgraduate Teaching qualification from DeMontfort University in 2003. He completed a Masters in Film and Digital Image from Sydney University in 2013.
He works in secondary education in Sydney NSW.
His animation work was represented in the Sydney Underground Film Festival 2013.
His current interest is in documentary film making, particularly following the practice of English director Nick Broomfield. In this practice the attempt is to document the subject in the most authentic and unobtrusive way, engaging with the subject, and allowing unguarded intimacy.
