Writer Biography

I was born the year Elvis and Chaplin died, and Star Wars began. I went through Kindergarten, Elementary School, Middle School, and High School. Then went on to get an Associates Degree from Community College before starting at Robert Morris University for my Bachelors in Film Production. I have studied Bruce Lee and Martial Arts since I was five. I made it half way to a Black Belt at Kim's Martial Arts in Cranberry PA in one year. I study Religion, Martial Arts, and Philosophy for the mind, body and spirit. Once I dedicated myself to being a Writer/Director/Co-star instead of a lawyer, I made a short film and some productions at RMU. Then went on to start acting in 2009. I have been in many feature films, like She's Out of My League, Jack Reacher, Concussion, Fences and so on. I have also been in a few Television Shows, like Banshee Season 4, Downward Dog, and both seasons of the Outsiders. However, since 2003 I have been writing screenplays. I have dozens of screenplays and television show scripts that I am working on. Four already completed. I met a filmmaker and owner of Northshore Studios named Bruce Koehler and he introduced me to Stan Gordon and Samuel J. Davis. I was paid to write a screenplay for Samuel J. Davis, and I also wrote a screenplay with Stan Gordon about a UFO crash that happened in 1965. So, I am working on making Films and helping the World. -Brian E. Stead

Writer Statement

God bless us all. For without God, what hope would there be for us in the future. We microscopic beings that temporarily exist on a planet we call Earth that makes up less than 1 percent of our own small galaxy, (which makes up almost nothing of the Universe.) Our future would lead to the break down of our cells, which in turn would lead to old age, death, and eventual decomposition into unconscious, unaware particles on our way to nothingness. However, there is a spiritual realm, (as most people have already accepted,) and Heaven awaits the Faithful. It said Writer's Statement, so I wanted to type something profound that could change lives, not just be funny or talk about how slightly brilliant I am. : ) Sincerely, Brian E Stead
