Sore Thumbs chronicles the life and times of two friends; Russell Walker, a book-smart sarcastic college student studying his sophomore year at Prairie View, and his best friend Cody Hollis, a street-smart smooth-talking slacker with a blunt personality and a raging libido who works in the dining hall. Together, Russell and Cody deal with money, love, sex, schoolwork and life as black nerds.
