Director Biography - SHAIK RIYAZ

Shaik Riyaz is, from Rayachoty a small town, from India.He is post graduated from prestigious Hyderabad Central University in Hisory. Western world inspires him to become a film maker.He wants to make most of his films to deal with sociocultural issues, so that he made his debut short film ALLAH or FRIEND which explores about how stereotypical is muslim world to forbid the homosexuality.

As i have been watching Muslim world there are so many stereotypical issues prevailed which are not going to change anyway but i made a small attempt with my short film "Allah or Friend" to change their mindset in that i show how one staunch muslim behave as he never behaved like that before when he finds his close friend became homosexual which Islam never allow.
