NO MORE CHANCES

It was just an ordinary Monday, but for Leo it was one of those days where life seemed to weigh more heavily on his shoulders. That Monday, in particular, felt like those days where he had to fight back against the gravity force pulling him down like life's strange conspiracy denying him every good thing that he could possibly desire. This is the story of Leo. A story of an ordinary day about an ordinary guy experiencing an ordinary life in search for other opportunities, only to realize that sometimes life offers NO MORE CHANCES.

WHAT WAS YOUR INSPIRATION TO MAKE THIS FILM?
Everyone knows there are dualities in every person, in every situation but only one view one possible interpretation to all that is happening around us. And the real meaning only depends on our judgmental values. We do it every day, every hour and every second of our lives without even being aware of it.
Life and values, in which our judgement about these two, is what inspired me to make this film, a seamlessly simple story that can happen to anyone of us that forces us “re-adjust” our way in perceiving and experimenting life.

IS IT BASED ON A TRUE STORY?
“No More Chances” is based on real life events which makes it even more believable. It gives us the chance to explore the characters running free from the classical Hollywood archetypes. It is a story of a burglary with hostages but its development is totally loyal with their true events.

WHY DO YOU WANT TO TELL THIS PARTICULAR STORY?
As a storyteller I have always enjoyed the kind of stories that reveals our social perspective, the interaction between our “inner world” with the “outer world”. “No More Chances” has a great dose of that between people from different backgrounds coming in with different realities who converge in a film that gives the audience a different perspective of a quotidian life.
