Award-winning screenwriter, director, composer and actor - Matt Pacini comes from a long lineage of musicians and artists, all the way back to 19th century Italian opera composer, Giovanni Pacini. A child prodigy on guitar, he spent many years in rock bands in Northern and Southern California before gravitating towards scoring for film, eventually resulting in his writing and directing his own films. He resides primarily in Northern California, and also works in radio in Sacramento, California. His latest screenplay, Dance of the Blessed Spirits, has won 2 Best Screenplay awards, 2 Second Place awards, and eight Official Selections.
