Sean Foy is a filmmaker, professional freelance DP/cameraman and editor, a writer, and burgeoning FX artist.
He's a father, son, husband, friend, and (?) mortal enemy.
He’s directed commercials and an award-winning Jumbotron series for the Angels baseball team, and filmed numerous spots for the Anaheim Ducks and Minnesota Wild hockey teams. His short films have played in numerous film festivals around the country.
Earlier in life, Sean also interned as a camera loader for Roger Corman’s Concorde-New Horizons studio, was an extra in John Woo’s “Face Off” (he was cut), and once partied with Blues Traveler.
He likes dark beer, mid-level wine, and whatever you're serving.
Sean is a horrible singer... but his daughters pretend to love to hear him anyway.
And, he's the guy sitting in the back of the classroom... paying the most attention.
This was an impromptu film my daughter and I decided to make one day while playing with her doll house. I wondered what would happen if a meteor struck the little people sitting at their little toy table - and suddenly the idea for this film was born.
We shot with a single light and used a green screen in only one scene. I had to learn how to do the effects afterward.
We're working on the second installment of the series, titled the Adventure Girls, which includes Devon’s younger sister, some walking/talking stuffed animals, and a teddy bear army.
