Zahra Jafari was bron in 1971 in Naqada , in Azerbayjan province.
She started her career with making short films in Iranian Youth Cinema Society in 1993.By working as script supervisor she made her way into professional cinema industry. Meanwhile, she made several short films including “The Story of a Teacher” which brought her the silver UNICA medal in Poland.
