Director Statement

Film The Dissapearance of Emma Lausch is an unusual case of collaborative work between students and teacher. Although not solely a student project (it was produced, directed and co-edited by Bostjan Miha Jambrek) it represents a new teaching strategy. Crew split different tasks among them, each handling his or hers own sector. Except for tasks mentioned above, film was shot entirely by students. In a more technical term, film did not have any director at all. Decisions and ideas were gathered together in a creative teaching process.
