BOOK "The Upgrade"

Born in Chicago, who’s art foundation began at the age 7. Jameel became involve with a performing arts group in Chicago known as KMG Culture Dance and Arts School, The Sammy Dyer School of Theatre and ETA Theatre. His first experience in writing began at the age of 10, where he began to write in a variety of different art forms such as, music lyrics, poetry and short stories. His discovery of the world of filmmaking began it’s depth in college, where he met students and professors of great unique talents. He began to produce short films and involve himself more with the art communities. His experiences after college includes working with well known company’s in the TV/film industry such as Fletcher Chicago, an independent program for NBC, and an independent Feature Film along with numerous amount of short films shot in Chicago. Jameel enjoys working with people from different cultures which includes all ages. Currently he continues his adventure in the art of filmmaking as well as a development of up and coming projects in the near future.
