The man was never brought to justice and continues to roam the streets to this day. Detective Reynolds attempts to find justice but his conspiracy theories were unable to be proven. Several years have passed and his addiction to painkillers and alcohol has left him scared. A reality crime show "Unsolved Killings" has found an interest in the execution of Officer Angel Delgado. It has been five years since his killing and to honor the anniversary of the unsolved murder, "Unsolved Killings" reporter Maya Carrie is asked to do a ride-along with Detective Reynolds for an exclusive interview for a special on their channel. However, on the day of the interview, Detective Reynolds takes the law into his own hands to show his conspiracy theories aren’t all in his head.
